What an honour it was for our Year 12s to be invited to form the Guard of Honour and participate in today’s Vietnam Veterans’ Day Service.
Twelve of our Year 12 students proudly represented our College at the commemorative service, attended by hundreds of service men and women, and members of the public paying their respects to the Australian soldiers who served in the Vietnam War.
During the service, our students laid a wreath for the fallen soldiers and Damien W was invited to recite the Ode of Remembrance before The Last Post and Minute Silence.
It was an incredibly moving service and one that we are honoured to have been a part of.
