This term has been a busy and exciting one in the Food Technology and Hospitality classroom. Our Year 7 and 8 students have been developing their food preparation skills by creating a variety of healthy meals and nutritious lunchbox snacks, while learning about balanced diets and healthy food choices.

Year 9 and 10 students have explored international cuisines, experimenting with flavours, ingredients, and cooking techniques from around the world. Through these practical experiences, they have developed a greater appreciation for different cultures and global food traditions.

Our Hospitality students have been investigating food truck and event-style menus, designing and preparing foods that are popular in the modern hospitality industry. They have demonstrated creativity, teamwork, and professionalism while developing valuable industry skills.
