Year 9T have concluded their Volleyball unit and are ready to kick off their next challenge in Futsal. Congratulations to all students for their outstanding participation and enthusiasm throughout the unit. It was fantastic to see confidence and teamwork grow each lesson, with some excellent rallies showcasing the skills students have developed. We look forward to seeing that same energy and competitiveness carry over onto the futsal court.
Year 10Q have been hard at work completing fitness testing and have now moved into the next stage of their fitness journey. Students have analysed their results, set personalised fitness goals, and designed training programs to help them achieve them. Whether the focus is on improving strength, speed, or flexibility, students have shown great maturity and commitment in taking ownership of their health and fitness. The real challenge starts now, and we are excited to see how much progress they can make before final testing at the end of the term.
In Psychology, our Year 11 and 12 students have successfully completed Units 2 and 4 respectively and are now turning their attention to exam revision. Their dedication and persistence throughout the semester have been impressive, and it is wonderful to see students consolidating their learning and preparing to put their knowledge into action.
