This term has flown by in 1Topaz. We have been reading like superstars. Our highlight of our week is reading to our Grade 6 buddies on Fridays. We have been writing some fantastic creative narrative stories using our imaginations and adjectives to enhance our stories.
In Science, we have had fun learning about forces that use push and pull by experimenting with indoor and outdoor toys. In HASS, we have learnt about places and maps. We have learnt how to draw maps and locate and identify places.
This term the grade ones have soared with their learning and each of them has grown so much. I can’t wait to see how much they will learn next term.
