           Our Junior School provides an active and engaging environment for young minds to grow academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually. Bayside Christian College believes that the education of the whole child is of utmost importance in laying the foundations for future success in every aspect of their lives. This is achieved through an individualised program supported and delivered by passionate teachers and trained teacher’s aides, as well as learning support staff. Our College believes that to fully equip each child for a successful future, teaching the curriculum and supporting programs from a Christian Worldview is paramount in developing a well-rounded student with the ability to form strong moral and ethical views.

The College grounds are the home of beautiful, rainforest inspired gardens in which the children are encouraged to play, as well as assist with their growth and care. We have several vegetable gardens that are utilised by the students to grow their own produce and learn about the ongoing care of the environment through such sustainable practices.

Each classroom is air conditioned to ensure a comfortable learning environment for each student all year round.

Our Junior Classrooms have a number of iPads which are used during various rotations to form a strong foundation in the knowledge and use of Information Technology in our ever-changing world. These resources not only offer an important educational purpose, but are also met with considerable joy from the young students.
